The therapists are amazing app not so much
The therapists are amazing. They are kind and open to their patients. I am rather frustrated with the app itself though. It never updates nor allows for appointments to be set.

I’ve been using Cerebral for about 6 months now and it’s really been a helpful resource throughout my life. I was needing therapy and there was nobody locally taking clients at the time and cerebral was offering a first timers rate which helped with costs! Overall I’ve appreciated this outlet to have a space to feel safe and heard but also challenged to get better coping mechanisms and techniques.

DO NOT give this company any business!
DO NOT give this company any business! They are scamming their clients. I usually do my research. I made a mistake and trusted this company to provide the services as agreed. Instead my appointments were CONSTANTLY cancelled. I even received a ridiculous email stating I REQUESTED a cancellation when the email CLEARLY reads that I was wanting to proceed. I was unhappy at first and wanted to cancel. They will send an email asking you to give another date for an appointment that they will again CANCEL. They also deducted funds from me and they are REFUSING to give it back. NO SERVICES WERE RENDERED. All of my appointments were CANCELLED. Do not allow yourself to get scammed by this company. Find the help you need by going to a trusted source.

Cerebral is a life saving service
Cerebral is a life saving service. I was suffering from debilitating panic attacks. Brett my guide, and Doctor, helped me get my life back. I have a road to travel and Cerebral is helping me stay on it.

Non stressing environment
Talking with my prescriber and therapist has been really easy and a lot less stressful for me than going in person. They are kind and relatable and it just feels like a conversation with a friend. I would highly recommend.

I love it thus far
I love it thus far. I had an amazing time with my prescriber, she really got down to the root of all my diagnosis and medications and was able to pin point my actual diagnosis based on previous history and patterns. Very happy that I finally know what my situation entails and I'm very grateful and eager to begin taking my medications and push for a healthier mind.
