I feel good I feel like this is going to work

Profits over people- this is essentially a brokerage that connects mental health patients to nurse practitioners (not doctors, which I didn’t find out until 3 months in) who loosely prescribe meds and do very little to follow up. Customer service is frustrating and there is no way to call up your mental health provider. Prescriptions were not refilled and I was left hanging several times without getting the medication I needed. Really a terrible business my advice is to avoid at all costs.

I was a little skeptic while setting up the account, the website wasn't working right but once it was complete I was fine. I have spoken to a care team member and she was very knowledgeable, caring and definitely listened to me. I also spoke with a licensed Therapist/ prescriber and came up with a good plan that will work for me. The care team also gets right back to you if you have a problem or need to talk...That is priceless in itself! The app has valuable information and exercises for your personal issues.

My clinician was great but I cannot find any information the next day on who spoke with and the medicines she said she would prescribe. I need more details.

I signed up for cerebral after my dad died and realized my anxiety, depression and ADHD were not going to get better. I got help right away. Just being listened to and being taken seriously has helped so much

My provider was great Sarah McGill I love her she is truly amazing with a HUGE heart and I’m literally still crying that I can’t see her again. Cerebral kicked me out because I was too embarrassed to tell my provider in the beginning that I was seen at a methadone clinic because I was afraid of judgment and unfortunately that’s what I got. The sad part is I am there because I have Osteogenisis Imperfecta and have had a ton of broken bones and surgeries so being on constant pain medication made my body dependent and I started to feel sick without it and I wanted that to stop I wanted to get better. I have never even seen Heroin or coke or and other drug except for weed one time when I was a teenager I have NEver had a positive drug screen and I don’t drink alcohol ever I’m just a normal mom with 4 kids going through more than anyone should ever have to go through alone. All I want to do is make myself better so I can be a strong mom for my 4 girls. After the medicine was able to help me calm down and have a normal appointment and and felt comfortable on our 3 rd appointment I made a full disclosure probably also because by that appointment I was calm and could talk about my story. The first 2 appointments I had I was literally in the middle of a panic attack and it was seriously the last thing on my mind. Nonetheless, they kicked me out. I was finally making progress and getting my life back I actually woke up feeling happy for the first time in like 5 years and now I feel hopeless again and depressed and I feel like giving up on everything. Having a panic attack literally feels like an actual doctor is telling to say your good byes u have about 5 minutes and ur dying and then when it’s over it’s like the doctors says to you “Oh I’m sorry wrong patient your fine!!” I needed help and once again I got judged and turned away. If I were u I would find another company. Even though Sarah was truly amazing.

It was a great appointment. I felt that my doctor really listened and had empathy. The only issue was me getting disconnected from the call and not being able to get back into it.
