Awful! Waste of time and money! Clinicans were a joke - Didnt get N appointment for almost tnree weeks, then in 5 minutes was diagnosed with bi polar and given two hard Ore prescriptions- i have never been diagnosed with bipolar! I have thyroid disease- anyway- never received medication- and ghere was no follow up on tnere end! Their customer service keeps sending me emails that had no pertinent information to move forward so I canceled my subscription. I suggest looking elsewhere if you need stable help. These people are more of a mess that I am!

I have tried almost every virtual care provider out there. A lot of them don’t hear you out or take forever to get back to you. Cerebral is the best by FAR, they listen and someone always responds. I am infinitely grateful.

That was my exact thought as well, here we go again with another group of people with their lives together about to tell me what I need, that can’t relate, don’t understand and don’t want anymore more than their paycheck. However, I was wrong, completely wrong. Everyone I’ve been in contact with using cerebral have been understanding, helpful and have actually helped me start working on my life in a constructive manner, not just pushed me into a room with medication to be forgotten about. I highly recommend anyone going through a hard time, or just someone that needs that extra kick to stay rolling in life try it out.

So before reaching out i knew i knew myself and so forth. However after completing my initial visit i learned so much more about myself and realizing it’s something else and how it can be treated had me very excited about my future.

This was my first counseling appointment with Cerebral. I had a great first impression with Adria. I was nervous signing up for Cerebral, but I am feeling much more optimistic.

I just want say thank you. I needed to get somethings off my chest and with the right person, this can work.

My care team is very helpful and open to listen to anything I wish to share. I am a nursing mom but deal with anxiety, my care team is helping me make an action plan with my baby's health needs in mind as well as mine. I love that they care so much about that. My prescriber was even willing to schedule me after the kids are in bed so I won't be so distracted during my appointment. It's these little things that have made my experience with cerebral positive.

I’m so thankful for this service — I joined on Sunday, had my provider appointment on Wednesday. She was so kind and really listened. Prescription is on the way! I’m looking forward to meeting with my care counselor later this week. It really couldn’t have been easier. I tried going through my primary doctor and a week later I am STILL waiting on a referral to psychiatry. I’m so glad I gave Cerebral a try.
