I really enjoy my perscriber and care councilor. I wish that they took more insurances, because I currently have insurance and I can't use it.

I was a bit skeptical about trying cerebral because I had never tried an online mental health service, but I was pleasantly surprised! I was able to sign up, talk to a counselor, and receive a prescription within 3 days and it is quite affordable. I would definitely recommend for fellow college students with little money and busy schedules

All staff I have come in contact with are helpful and professional. This is a wonderful company to recieve care from.

My therapist, Diana Plotnikova, didn't show. It was my first therapy appointment with Cerebral and well before the appointment time she marked me down as a no show and then said she can no longer be my therapist. Extremely unprofessional especially when someone is finally admitting they need help and you leave them like this.

Why is it when you have severe anxiety that is literally crushing your life and you've told every physician that it's getting worse and worse and worse and that you've tried every medication under the Sun to the point that you are a guinea pig and that you've tried medications that they are fine with when you say that you want to literally kill yourself when you're on them why are those things that I say held not in any regard the only regard that matters is that I do not receive the medication that I say actually works for me. It's also hilariously ironic hypocritical and downright against every Hippocratic oath I've ever read that the same apps give out prescriptions of Adderall without blinking an eye when that is a schedule 2 narcotic. There is documented evidence of the use of safe benzodiazepines for anxiety and I am tired of being offered drugs that aren't even listed as an on label use for anxiety. But doctors will prescribe an on label use of not being able to study which is considered performance enhancing narcotics called Adderall. Once again I've had my money taken received no help and called a drug addict meaning I don't even have the money now to go see another physician.

The care coordinators are awesome and so willing to help out any way they can! I’ve also found the conversations with Prescribers and Counselors so refreshing because I really feel like they are listening and truly want me to feel better😊

My experience has been outstanding! Everyone I have talked to has been pleasant, open and easy to talk to. With the help they have provided me, I am able to focus so much more, I’m less tired and have greatly improved my life!
