This service isn't helpful if you have any real health issues. They just want to take your money and not provide a real service. They don't treat people like individuals and assume they are "broken" from the start. This is not what you want from a mental health service.

So far, Cerebral has been amazing. I feel I'm surrounded by a team who actually cares about me and my mental well-being. It's affordable, too. I'm sitting here shaking and fighting tears of relief, because I finally feel heard and validated. Thank you, Cerebral, for helping me start the journey to good mental health and a better life.

I am so grateful to be able to say that Cerebral worked well for my circumstances. I was able to sign up, get an appointment the very next day and get a plan in place for medication. The provider was attentive, kind, and I really connected with her well. To date, this application is one I highly recommend.

Communication could be better and I seem to always get an error when I try to schedule anything. Then there are issues with the times allotted. I think once the kinks are worked out with my account it should be okay.

Paid the trial rate for the first month and everything was fine. After getting charged the full amount for the 2nd month a few days after the charge goes through they tell me their policy has changed and will not be able to help me but will not refund the $80 they took after providing no service.
