My experience with my Doctor and Care Counselor have been excellent. They both seem generally interested in helping me address my mental health in a positive way and without judgement!

Cerebral has saved my life. They are all kind, Helpful and selfless. No matter who I’ve talked to, their main focus is on me and whatever I need. I highly recommend Cerebral and think no one should hesitate to sign up.

It took a while to get where I needed to go I kept getting run around being starting over a log in and do this med today and then back around 4 and then different rates on the counseling was not real happy about it

The whole experience was very comforting I felt it was very easy to talk to my provider and I would recommend it to anyone it was a really good experience

I specifically wrote in my notes that I needed one certain medication. As soon as she got on she told me she doesn't prescribe it. So as far as I'm concerned that was a waste of my time. I told her I didn't want any othee medications, she was so insistent that I finally just let her prescribe something for me. But I never picked it up. Kind of a waste of time. She also told me the medication she did prescribe me only had a side effect of being drowsy. When I looked it up online the side effects were worse than my actual problems and would have been a nightmare if I actually took it.

I felt heard and understood. No judgment and right to the point.

I like how everyone is helpful and very quick to respond. With my schedule and anxiety issues, this is the amazing. I love how my providers seem so genuine and make sure that I am taken care of.
