I have had nothing but positive interactions with the Cerebral staff. I have been suffering with severe Depression, Anxiety, Stress & Insomnia for years and I was taking 6 (SIX) different meds and Iwas at a stalemate. I decided to give Cerebral a try and took the online assessment. I have now been diagnosed with ADHD which answers sooo many questions about the issues that I've been dealing with for years now. I started new meds for ADHD roughly 2 weeks ago and I'm starting to see small improvements so I'm very excited for the future and how I feel once the meds completely take effect. As someone who has had only sub-par health care available to them throughout the entirety of their life, I am incredibly impressed with cerebral. The support system is absolutely phenomenal! My care team has gone above and beyond meeting my expectations. Having accountability, coping mechanisms and resources available as well as getting the medication I needed was a seamless process. Even adding insurance information for my prescription was simple and to the point! I highly recommend the app, just to add to the ease-of-use.

Beats going to a doctors office every time. Everyone involved from the care expert to the counselor to the prescriber are easy to work with and easy to communicate with. Moved states (short term stay) and needed a new prescriber for my controlled medications. This is the way to go.

I am very happy with my experience. My prescribed listened intently and tried to take care of as much as she could in the time that we had. I was very happy that I wasn’t dismissed in any way. I do wish there was a way to contact the prescriber if there are issues with a pharmacy though. I found out my medication is very expensive at my normal pharmacy but 1/4 of the cost across the street. So I will need to change my pharmacy if I can.
