The care counselors and prescribers here are absolutely amazing. They really do listen and hear what you have to say. They also give tools, lessons, and feedback to help you through whatever it is you're going through. I love my care team.

Mi switched to cerebral to get a second opinion on my meds. The med person understand my needs and I feel she did an amazing job. I’m going to stick with cerebral from now on out.

I have been with Cerebral for about 3 months. I was pleased with my Provider. Then when I switched from self pay to insurance, they changed my provider. She didn't show up for our 1st visit. Rescheduled our second attempt twice. She then told me she was not cleared to refill my zolpidem. Then i received an email saying Cerebral would no longer prescribe it. No warning! No alternative med! Nothing! Existing patients have until Oct 15 to continue to get their controlled substance and at least get tapered off. I am at risk of going into withdrawal. No one answers my messages and I am scared.

My therapist is amazing. The care team is always so helpful. I’m so glad I started this journey.

Jeanne really just immediately understood, it was like she already knew me. She was super knowledgeable, informative, and above all kind and supportive. This is the first time I've ever not felt anxious for the next appointment, I can't wait to work towards my happiness in a welcoming environment that wants to see me get truly better and not just "treat me", but understand my concerns in-depth and address them.
