Terrible experience start to finish. Inability to continue a prescription from a previous provider. Rescheduled multiple times with no warning. Tried to prescribe an off label use drug with no prior history of that being effective. No support when trying to cancel my membership. Scam all around. Avoid this “service”.

My therapist has been wonderful, the prescriber side of things not so much. Issues with a prescribed quitting, right after starting a new antidepressant. Then the new prescriber couldn’t fix the prescription for insurance to cover it, had a difficult time communicating with my prescriber and coordinator. My prescriber then no-showed our latest appointment. Horrible service and will be filing a complaint further.

My nurse practitioner was super helpful, answered all my questions clearly, and also super friendly and made me feel super comfortable.

I was skeptical I won’t lie, but Lindsey made me feel so comfortable. I have no doubt she will continue to help me get through this difficult time in my life! If you are struggling, give it a try! You won’t regret it!

While the treatment did help me to an extent, it seemed revolved around medication. Within five minutes of my first appointment suggested to take medication to treat my ADHD. Admittedly, the treatment they offered helped me a lot, however it seems that the staff lacked professionalism. For example, I don’t think I was ever asked my weight or if I was already on medication. I feel like this is the first question you should ask before putting someone on a prescription. The ease of use and price is very good, however I find myself wanting to see a psychiatrist in person so that I could better learn about my condition
