They couldn't help me. They took my money and then said they can't help me that I need to see a doctor in a office hell I go to the damn appointments but the psychiatrist is on a little bitty tablet that she kept looking well was never lookin at me hell it's like that damn doc was not paying attention to me or my words but F it I'm now waiting to see if I get my money back before I go telling it all. The doc I was talking about was at a clinic these docs and therapist, counselors said they couldn't couldn't help me. I'll be back. Let's see if I get my money 🤑 back

Unless you have money to burn, this service is a GAMBLE: They do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Is your situation asking for a refund a special circumstance? Did you not use their service yet before cancelling? Too bad, because after they have told you there are no refunds, they will BLOCK your email from further support tickets so you can’t say anything else. For mental health, money is important. You NEED money for mental health services and medication. Not only is it bad business practice not to give refunds, it’s dangerous to do this as a mental health service. This is money that could have been used to help in another way and that is taken away if Cerebral doesn’t help or it is not as expected. If this were a good service, they would not have to give so many refunds, and it seems like they already have their protocol down with blocking my email from further discussion about it, which also tells me it must happen a lot. Instead of playing with your mental health, just find something you are confident will work for you.

SCAM!! All those positive reviews are all fake! THIS IS A SCAM!!! You can’t fill the prescription. They send it in, but because they aren’t doctors, they can’t prescribe anything. Then they Dick you around until the subscription is charged again! Horrible!

For people looking to take care of their mental health through an online service, do not try cerebral because I don't want anyone to have the experience I had... The Doctor: The Dr. I saw literally just read off a list of questions, and seemed to be checking yes or no on a form depending on how I responded. I tried to give nuanced answers that would allow her to use her professional judgement but she would often start asking the next question before I finished speaking. And then just smile and nod when she realized she interrupted me but didn't respond or take down any additional notes meaning the rest of what I said wasn't taken into consideration since she had already checked a box. I mean I could have taken an online quiz myself if that's all I wanted. The she wrote me a prescription for an SSRI even though I said I had already tried 4 different ones. It was as if she had decided what to do before she even saw me (maybe because she does the same for every patient) Billing: And THEN they charged me for March even though I cancelled my subscription on Feb 26th. Mind you I had 1 appointment in early February (which I already paid for) and I had ZERO appointments in March. They charged me for March TWO DAYS AFTER they sent confirmation of cancellation. Customer Service: They have apparently instructed their customer service reps not to allow refund cases to be escalated to management. To me that shows they know they're offering poor service and don't want to have to deal with dissatisfied customers themselves. They hoped I wouldn't have the heart to yell at the poor call center lady for something that wasn't her fault and they were right. Its just not fair to anyone. Overall there are better online services out there. I have tried another one that works great and my brother has had a good experience with another. I wont name-drop them here because I don't want this to seem like an advertisement but anyone who needs better options than this feel free to message me. Good Luck everyone!
