Loved it I felt heard understood not judged was easy to talk and made me feel like I mattered

Slight tech issues with app-choppy, my app was even showing up in Finnish…but the physicians were very nice and kind to meet. Easy user interface which is appreciated.

First of all, I love the Cerebral sends many reminders about my upcoming appointments. It really helps me stay on track. My therapist was very understanding, knowledgeable, and helped shed light on a lot of things I struggle with. She opened my eyes to why I feel the way I do and how I can deal with it/find solutions to those situations, all while ensuring that I feel comfortable during the whole process. I felt so much better after my first therapy session and will continue to use Cerebral!

I would like to say this app has been there for me no matter when I need someone there just a message away. I understand if they can’t back right away but they do there best to as soon as they can. My Counselor is fantastic and so is my prescriber do you have helped me in these last few months to get through a lot and I could not be more thankful

Cerebral is under federal investigation by the Justice Department on suspicion of overprescribing controlled substances. Walmart and CVS pharmacies have stopped filling prescriptions tied to Cerebral. Cerebral is still accepting new patients through their website - without mention of how and why it is crumbling behind the scenes. Due to this, patients are being forced to wait for refills - going weeks (in my case) without their needed medication. Providers are unprofessional- Mine missed various appointments and prescribed me medication without the guarantee of getting a refill for the following month…even when I was present for the appointments and tried to meet with them several times. As a patient, you do not have direct contact with your “care counselors” or “prescribers” - every concern must be addressed to your appointed “coordinator” that is supposed to rely the message for you…the longest I’ve had to wait for medication has been an entire month. Scheduling appointments is not “easy” as advertised - you may need to wait weeks or months before seeing someone. Not very helpful for people who are seeking help for substance abuse, depression, adhd and so on. In-network insurance options are limited. Invoices to submit claims to your insurance ARE NOT GUARANTEED. This company does not care for their client’s mental state or wellbeing - do some research to gain some insight on the company. Cerebral’s CEO - Kyle Robertson resigned amidst this federal investigation. Patients struggling with mental health have been left in the dark without treatment or medication. Avoid at all costs. They do not care about their patients. Their main priorities are to collect money from their patients and clean up their mess.

I really like the prescriber and therapist I was set up with, and have been receiving treatment since the end of January 2022. I learned a lot of good techniques to reduce symptoms from a day to day basis. I was also able to discover and reduce sources of stress in my life, with the help of my therapist.
