My first appointment with my care counselor was awesome! First appointments with mental health providers are always uncomfortable and awkward. My counselor was very informative and easy to talk to. I never thought I would enjoy using an online care system so much. I love it. I recommend Cerebral to anyone who may be skeptical! I'm always happy to show curious friends/family the tools available to me on the app.

Sever Depression is nothing to brush off! I brushed it off for so long till I couldn’t physically get myself out of bed. My mind and body was consumed with everything negative. After reaching out I was helped with medication and paired with someone I got to pick to talk to and get some of my negative thoughts out. She listened to me, and gave me someways to help with my depression. Thank you for listening!!!

I struggled for YEARS to find help with my ADHD and help for my daughter with her depression. I found Cerebral after I had been off of my medications for almost 5 years due to the inability to find someone who would prescribe to me, after moving to a new state. Cerebral tested me again and then put me in touch with a prescriber and counselor. I felt like I was slowly gaining my life back, except I still struggled to find someone who could correctly diagnose my daughter and help her. One day, my Cerebral counselor said to me, “it sounds like your daughter has severe ADHD as well. You should have her tested.” She was tested and also was diagnosed with severe ADHD. She has been working with Cerebral for the last few months and she is a totally different person now. I’ve never seen her so happy or confident. Our prescriber is AMAZING and is so understanding and helpful. We love our counselor and Care Counselors. This program has been the best experience EVER. I can’t say enough about the program and the people involved. I would recommend ANYONE to Cerebral for ANY mental health condition. This program has literally changed my life forever. Thank you Cerebral team!!!!

I met with my prescriber via video chat and she was fantastic! She listened to everything I needed to say and made sure that I felt heard. She went over different medication options with me and made sure that I knew exactly which each option was in detail. The session ended with me already feeling better knowing that I joined a wonderful community of support.

Very fast, kind, helpful, and knowledgable. Knew of problems my other team didn't understand but was not equipped to help with schizophrenia today as their site suggested they may not be ready.
