I haven’t felt this good in years. My anxiety and depression are controlled and decreasing as time goes by! My counselor and prescriber are awesome and haven’t let me down like most have before. I love that I get help from my home where I can be completely comfortable. This is definitely helping me in becoming a better version of myself.

It was rough at first like most attempts to find mental healthcare, it took me some time to find a team that I worked well with that was willing to listen and respond to me. I’m doing much better now, my therapist is amazing and my prescriber is better than I ever could have hoped for. This is not a quick fix. It takes time, trial and error, and a lot of patience. But it is incredibly worth it.

I made three appointments with therapists and two out of three were rescheduled. Very frustrating. The meeting with a prescriber went fine, but not been able to meet with a therapist once yet. If I’m doing something wrong, it’s unclear in the app.

Working with Luigi Exconde was great. I went in having low self esteem and feeling bad about myself, but after working with Luigi, I learned to not only love myself but celebrate who I am. I can’t thank him enough.
