I have been overcharged by $200, have had constant issues with getting a new prescriber, appointments with care counselors getting canceled, I have received absolutely NO care in the time they have overcharged me.i am completely out of my medications, AGAIN. My Insurance is accepted, was added into my account and they deleted it off and charged me even more. This is an issue that needs to be handled as soon as possible and it is literally impossible to get ahold of someone. How you can you preach helping mental health when you just make it worse.

Slow response, their team doesn’t even care about you they just want your money. They’ve missed my refills so many time. First prescriber just quit without a word and no one even told me. I am paying 85 dollars for medication only. Don’t bother with cerebral, get a real psychiatrist instead.

So far they've been absolutely amazing and helpful, as well as quick.

My son signed up for Cerebral services in early May. He was prescribed a medication. Initial prescription for 1 month with 2 refills monthly for a total of 3 months regimen. (1) While his care plan indicated he was to take 45 mg of the medication, the prescription that was sent to the pharmacy was for 25 mg. As a result, we did not see any beneficial effects of the medication since the wrong dosage was sent to the pharmacy. (2) Although the prescription was to be refilled monthly and DELIVERED TO OUR DOOR according to their website, no such delivery occurred. Instead of delivering the medication per their website or simply sending the refill prescription to the pharmacy, he was given an appointment with a prescriber on 6/13/22 - MORE THAN A WEEK after he ran out of his medication. He was told the prescriber would send the refill prescription after the appointment. It was bad enough they did not deliver the monthly medication, their attitude towards what would happen to my son for more than a week without medication was that of total indifference and irresponsibility. Multiple emails to their careteam got the same careless response - that they could not do anything and my son would have to wait until 6/13/22 for his medication even though they did not deliver the medication as they were supposed to. They had no answer to what would happen to my son for more than a week without medication. No answer to their false claims on their website about monthly medication delivery. They even suggested that my son go to a hospital emergency room for a prescription. He should not have to - not for a simple refill which should have been done automatically by Cerebral to begin with since they are the ones who prescribed the medication. Irresponsible and indifferent - Cerebral just did not care!! How can anyone trust them?

This journey takes patience. The biggest takeaway from my Cerebral experience so far is that healing isn't instantaneous. It took a little bit of back and forth and waiting to set up my first couple of appointments. However, the wait was worth it. How I feel now is worth it. You're worth it, too! And Cerebral was quick to get back to me to help me solve any hiccups along the way. I have hope for this healing journey. And this is the most accessible option for me.

Used it for 4 months and it seems like a scam to me. I got charged the 17th and canceled the 19th and didn't use their services of course they won't refund. Response times were a day or two whenever I reached out on chat. They messed up prescriptions multiple times. Over an hour wait if you call in.

I was always hesitant to address my mental health. By the time that I did, I was spiraling in such bad ways. Between my therapist and my provider, I’ve felt so safe and my feelings validated. I’ve been able to receive medication easily from a very kind, compassionate and nonjudgmental provider (let’s be honest, sometimes we feel stigmatized). My therapist has made me feel comfortable to open up honestly in each session and has provided such helpful feedback that has helped me make real progress in my life. I have been met with nothing but kindness and compassion and have made such positive strides with their help. I think this is the best thing I did for myself; for someone who feels reluctant as I did, I encourage any and everyone to take that first step!

It's so convenient and my providers are great. I wish this existed years before
