I felt heard and understood. John was able to read my situation pretty easily without all the details. It’s like a weight is off my chest. I’m not one to seek or reach out for help, but this just felt right. When I got done with our session I felt rejuvenated and ready to take on the month. It was nice

She was very kind and receptive. Excellent help and feed back to my issues.

It was very easy to sign up, and make an appointment. I didn't have to leave home, or wait months for an appointment. The counselors, and prescribers are very nice, and easy to talk to. I like how each one has a personal bio about them, so it's easy to find someone you feel like you can relate to. I was able to get a prescription and start medication after my first appointment, and am feeling better than I have in a long time.

She is a great listener, very positive and I feel a great fit for me and my journey.

Cerebral was helpful to me and super fast in getting me started on medication to help with my anxiety.

Frustrating and, ultimately, useless. For brevity, a list: -Calendars showing counselors and prescribers booked out for 3+ months, and having to specifically reach out to ask for an appointment sooner. -Care counselor giving the most basic, useless, "fluffy" responses to everything. -No longer being able to get one of my prescriptions bc they're not legally allowed to prescribe it anymore. -Having to jump through hoops trying to find a pharmacy that will fill prescriptions from them at all. -Being billed for a month where I received no services at all, after having been told that wouldn't happen. -Having to ask questions multiple times in chat before they were addressed or even acknowledged. I'm only giving two stars instead of one because my prescriber herself was very nice and understanding, the two times I met with her.
