Update. -After a lot of back and forth and telling me that I could not get a refund because of their policy even though the real problem was on their end, I got 30% back, not enough since I paid $85 for a service I never got.- I really don’t like to write bad reviews unless it’s very very deserving. I sign up with Cerebral and on my second month of treatment no pharmacy will work with them to issue my prescriptions, like none! I tried like 5 different pharmacies snd nothing and when that happened I just had pay my monthly subscription like a week before that, it was $85! So I reach out to them by email and phone and simply did not care, because of no refund policy but… it wasn’t my fault that no pharmacy will work with them, that’s out of my hands, but they don’t care about issuing me a refund, so I ended up paying $85 for nothing… so stay away from that company, not worth it! I paid for a service but got nothing … what a shame!

I was in crisis having anxiety attacks in my sleep for months. My health insurance is trash and only had three psychiatrists in my area all of whom had no available appointments for months out. My copays through my insurance would have cost me $270 out of pocket just for the initial evaluation with one those three psychiatrists. I was terrified to go to sleep every night and suffered from nervousness and sleep deprivation during the day forcing me to apply for short term disability. Cerebral was recommended to me and within a week, I was able to get an appointment with a therapist that fit my background and Dr. Conover as my psychiatrist. They were extremely affordable and they really helped save my life. I am a believer. I trust God and His Word. I also believe that He created psychiatry. I’m being treated for PTSD and I’m slowly getting better every day. I’m eternally grateful for cerebral.

I was kind of skeptical at first but I really needed help. So I scheduled an appointment with a wonderful, professional, and down to earth therapist! I feel as if I finally found a therapist I could actually get help from!

It's nice to have a team care about you as much as you care about you and knowing your not in the dark you are not alone that you can feel yourself again means a lot.

Excellent. Very easy to talk to and communicate with, listened to and make sure all my questions or concerns were taken care of and gave me positive attitude that she will work hard if she has to, but no matter what we will find right solution and dosage of medications to help me

This is my first time in therapy and I feel already after a month its made a large difference in my life. I feel comfortable talking with my therapist weekly. She send me journal prompts and helps me find new ways to ground myself and also new ways motivate me in life. I'm finally finding ways to cope with my depression and anxiety in healthier ways.
