Was getting low on medication. Asked the support chat what the status of my medication shipment was, as I was billed a few days ago. Told me they will not be shipping out until I have an appointment with my provider. No appointments available this week. Now I'm out of medicine and get to go through withdrawals. If my mental state is not ok once my body adjusts to medicine withdrawal I'll be going to better help. What a joke. My old provider specifically told me NOT to cold turkey this medicine and said they didn't want me to run out of this dosage randomly. Until then no issues with them. Payment was affordable for me and I was seeing great improvements to my health. Turnover rate must be high for a reason, hopefully they fire the jack@ss that told me it's mandatory for a consultation before refilling. Maybe put a note in the box with the medicine on the last available dosage letting your patients know. *Edited to reply* I've been suffering from effexor withdrawals for the last 5 days and it has not been fun whatsoever. Not interested in extending the sickness by going back on effexor and starting the process all over again.

My 1st meeting with the therapist and we connected! Wow! That was one of the best feels this year so far. Now, I have experienced past therapists and I was able to get as much info to her as possible. We overviewed and now we are going to fill in life's pot holes so to speak!

My Care counsellor has been nothing but amazing! I look forward to our session’s. Cerebral does have some trouble retaining there prescriber’s. They have changed mine 3x since I began using them in October 2021, which led to me not having meds for a week. They could be better at responding to messages. Overall my experience has been good and I will continue using them because of my care counsellor.

I was feeling lost and just angry all the time with no motivation to figure out how to get on the right track , losing hope that I’d ever feel good within myself . I reached a point where I felt like I just couldn’t for the life of me figure myself out so I wanted to reach out for professional help in order to get myself to the mental space I wanted and needed to be in. Cerebral has helped me so much and it’s only 1 month in so far and I plan to stick through with it because if it’s helped me this much already , I can only imagine how good I’ll be once I’m completely in a healthy happy mental space. First step is admitting you can’t help yourself the way you’d like and reaching out for the right help
