It was an awful call where I felt more interrogated than supported. I wouldn’t recommend your service to anyone. Their prescriber wasn’t exactly what I would call compassionate, or even understanding of my past history with mental health. I have sought support before and have never been talked to in such a way. I was absolutely appalled at the way he was using my own mental health past against me, as if to say that he knows my body and mind better than I do after a very impersonal 15 minutes. If you choose to go with this service, please reconsider.

I have been using Cerebral for a year now. I have an amazing support team. My care counselor is a chat away in an emergency. All i have to do is say “i need an appointment asap it’s an emergency “ and she’s ready within a day or two. My prescriber has been so supportive and after 2 trial and errors we finally got the right concoction of medication to keep me stable. I have never been too trusting of people but this service has helped me to open up in ways I haven’t been able to before.

Cerebral's team of care providers are quick to assist and help me with any issue I may have. I was skeptical however it's nice having someone who is just there you know no matter how often the sessions will be. It's appreciated .very positive vibes and experience so far ✨️.

Honestly wouldn’t recommend, my payment wasn’t due til the end of July, as soon as July came they constantly were trying to take 85$.

They actually care about you. I know this seems like a fake ad on Instagram but it actually works. 20 years of depression and anxiety gone in a few months. I feel like I have my like back.

I have anxiety that affects every aspect of my life. Especially when it comes to showing up to appointments. That’s why I thought cerebral would be great for me because it’s all virtual and I was right! The whole process has been very smooth and easy and affordable!

Way too hard to schedule an appt and when you are in online waiting room, they text you with a link to join which makes no sense. I missed 2 appts this way even though I was online and ready. This needs to be fixed. Also they can’t prescribe stimulant meds which makes this a bit pointless.
