Chelsey Church is my care counselor and is so kind and has been such a tremendous help to me. She’s always got great suggestions to help me manage my stress and anxiety and is such a wonderful listener.

After years of depression and feeling worthless I felt I needed to get help. I was nervous and pushed off my appointment twice and am glad I have finally done something about it. I have been prescribed meds and finally don't feel ashamed about bringing my problems to light.

My provider was so thorough and I could tell she really understood the comorbidity of my anxiety symptoms, which mimic ADHD a lot. She went through so many options and gave me warning signs to look for, she was great.

As far as my care providers go, they have been great and I like them very much. My issue is that the system keeps sending an automated message telling me if I don't set up a follow up, then my coverage and care plan will lapse. I have received the message at least 5 times in less than 2 weeks. I have been told to disregard the message...but it isn't very helpful to my pre-existing anxiety to constantly receive messages telling me I'm going to lose my coverage. If they could fix this one issue, my review would definitely go up to 5 stars. If I continue receiving these messages, it's likely I'll cancel my subscription for another service instead.

After I lost my husband to a tragic accident I found myself to be really depressed and anxious. Cerebral has really helped me to manage needed medication and talk through and set goals in my grief. I have had a great experience with all of the team. It’s easy to use. The prescribers and care team have very flexible hours which is important being a single mom.

I really enjoy Cerebral and it provides what I need it to provide. I have a great relationship with my Care Counselor, Paris. He is extremely helpful and supportive. Medication is always refilled on time. I would suggest that they tighten up with their communication. I had a few experiences where there seemed to be internal issues and my care coordinator didn't know what was going on. Other than that, no real issues. I do recommend Cerebral! Also, it's been awesome doing it from home; I live in a very rural area and it's hard to find this kind of help without driving hours away.

I get a kick that on each response they advise to contact their customer care support email, but I've been trying to get an insurance issue resolved for over two months and nothing. Cerebral was paid twice (by me and then by my insurance), but they refuse to process a refund. Never again will I trust my mental health to a bunch of thiefs.
