This is a horrible company! I thought I cancelled to my membership with them back in April but it "never went through" and I have been charged $85.00 for the past 4 months. When I tried to cancel again, and state I wanted a refund since I did not use the services, nor was I aware that it wasn't canceled I was told they could only refund me half of the $85. Horrible customer service, horrible company. Scammers.

This place is a scam and when I wrote comment on their social media they immediate deleted me. After I signed up and met the doctor the doctor prescribed my meds, and said they will send it out right away. It’s been days and my account keep saying pending. I asked them what’s going on and they are just giving me BS telling me “oh we are transferring your questions to our coordinator etc”. And then they got back saying the perscription was rejected by their pharmacy. What the hell does that even mean? I asked them to either give me my meds or refund me and they just again write generic BS response saying “sorry to see you go, no refund, come back soon”. What a disgusting fraudulent business

Therapist never showed up. This is not helpful at all.

Very simple, easy, quick. I met with my prescriber and within one session was given medication with no hassle. The process throughout thus far has been a breeze. Taking care of medications and appointments has always been dreadful, especially with mental disorders in play, however I have been amazed at how simple it can be to take charge of your life and have support at the touch of your fingertips. As a young adult, sometimes maintaining insurance has been difficult but with Cerebral I know I will ALWAYS be covered! I can’t wait to continue my journey and share my progress with Cerebrals’ support by my side!

Cerebral has been a savior to my mental health. They worked better with my extended medical team than traditional mental health prescriptions providers. They kept strong tabs on my overall health and have been more responsible for monitoring my complicated medial history when changing and maintaining medicines than other mental health professionals.

I've gone through a couple of different companies mental health intake processes. This process always stresses me out, I really don't like talking about myself and especially don't like talking about my feelings. My initial Rx and care manager meetings were totally stress free. Both my prescriber and care manager set me at ease, both professional and easy to talk to. I felt they truly cared about my well being and I look forward to continuing working with them.

I feel like cerebral is a good start for anybody who is seeking help with whatever. They have qualified people on here who really do care and is determined to help as long as we put in the work
