Great app and doctors

First of all it all started out with problems. No communication for why therapist isn't available or warning they are out They make their money by giving out prescriptions. So anything you want they will give you They also take insurance but then tell you they don't and expect full price. I cancelled in March. I just got charged 175 dollars. They told me it's from January and my insurance did it. It's 2 days away from August. Can't imagine why there is an opioid addiction with businesses like this.

My first online meeting was very productive, the specialist showed compassion and care.

They really listen to help find solutions to get you feeling like yourself again, I already feel so much better and I didn’t have to go to an office filled with sick people and risking my own health.

I wish I could rate this company 0 stars. Do not sign up with them! I have been through numerous of their providers (who have all randomly vanished without explanation and then I get rescheduled to a new one with an appointment 3 weeks out) who have all failed me. I had paperwork, that was needed to simply be signed so I could get paid from work, delayed for several months and they did not bat an eye. Months of 0 income! Then all my services for an entire month were cancelled last minute and they refuse to refund me the subscription fee. They change their FAQs and T&C constantly to continue to be misleading and gaslight you (especially if you signed up for ADHD med prescriptions, they no longer do that by the way). In fact, the one mental health professional I liked from them left the company once they saw how I was being mistreated and their own attempts at escalation were shut down. Look them up in the news and you will see even the federal government isn't a fan, their CEO peaced out, and they're just generally struggling to provide proper care.

Counselor was very professional, courteous, and understanding to all my ongoing mental health issues. I felt understand and was able to lift some of the weight off my chest following my first appointment.

Dan is kind, patient, and understanding. He is, by far, the most exceptional mental health practitioner I have ever seen.

Extremely professional, and helped tremendously as I typically psych myself out of going to other practices where I have to go in for a face to face and I always push it off. The service was incredible
