I sent a message asking how to get another appointment to my prescriber two weeks ago who never answered. I met with the care specialist and asked what to do and was told to send another message. I did a week ago and still no notice of a message. I tried to use the app today to check messages and it says it doesn't recognize my email or password, even though I saved it in my phone. I'm really starting to think this is a scam...

They work with 3rd party vendors who are very unreliable. My prescriber let my prescription lapse and I had terrible side effects. The team at cerebral were there with me every step of the way to keep assuring me they were monitoring the progress but no one actually did anything. I had to take matters into my own hands and schedule a new prescriber to get my meds 2 weeks later. They take no accountability and treat you like a number not a person. Not the type of service you want if you are dealing with anxiety.

I just had my appointment with my prescriber and he was amazing! He was patient and understanding. I’ve struggled with mental health my entire life unmediated and it’s been a huge hill I’ve had to overcome! This experience was quick, easy, and peaceful.

I was nervous and scared but he was great answered all my questions and concerns overall great experience and will continue to use their services
