I was unable to make my scheduled appointments for 4 weeks in a row. Each week, I informed my therapist that I could not and needed to reschedule. I went a whole month without an appointment due to scheduling conflicts. Since I did not have a single meeting with my therapist that month, I asked for a refund on the cost for the month. No inconvenience to my therapist, no missed time on their end. Cerebral support simply told me no, would not listen to any logic about how I essentially paid $240 for no reason, and then kept saying “our policy is that if you reschedule and not your therapist, you still have to pay for the weeks with no appointments”. Such a scam, no in-office clinic would charge you the full (outrageous) price of the appointment if you need to reschedule. Don’t do it.

The initial appt. was better than I expected. Went very well.

I'm thankful to have found such kind and knowledgeable assistance without having to physically travel to and from appointments.

I am just now getting past my $30 trial and my experience past the initial 30 days has been a nightmare. I couldn't get any of my "care team" to respond to me this past week without contacting customer service, and my prescriber never contacted me like they were supposed to in order to check my medication. Now I have run out of medication and I have been forced off of my SSRI until one of them gets in touch with me. They said they sent a prescription for me, and the app also says a prescription was sent. The pharmacy said otherwise. It's really hard being forced off of a SSRI and definitely not recommended by doctors. I'm disappointed. Update: I'm on day two of no medication because my prescriber failed to call me for my appointment this morning. I rescheduled, and while I had been watching my phone nonstop eagerly waiting the call I got a notification that I "missed a visit." I absolutely did not. My prescriber never called me and falsely marked that I missed my visit. The customer support I was told to contact in the response to this post has done absolutely nothing to help me. They know it is an urgent situation, yet telling me it will probably be another 24 hours. This platform has been nothing but the opposite of what I need. Total anxiety trigger. And it's absolutely detrimental to my mental health being left hanging with absolutely no help or anyone acting as if there is any urgency to the situation.

They have been so responsive and caring ,easy to schedule appointments and they aren't far off. Dr respected that I didn't feel comfortable changing my current meds and wasn't pushy at all, highly recommend

Convenient easy and well worth it. Not only was the doctor friendly and listened. But he took the time to understand where I stood in my mental health. I'm thankful for that. Now a days doctors just don't take time to listen. But Dr.Jackson was amazing. Process was fast I can't wait to start feeling better.

First experience with prescriber was ok. I was with Cerebral for almost a year, and only video chatted with real people twice. Sessions were canceled last minute, without warning, multiple times. I had to cancel once due to a new job - however I gave the 12hr notice they ask for. During the last months of my services, I ran out of the medication they prescribed, but was not able to receive any refills or answers to why I couldn’t. I was randomly cut off - which seems very contradictory to the whole company’s “values.” I was able to meet with another prescriber eventually, who also disappeared from the app completely. We discussed new medications, and how I was feeling from current withdrawal - making me feel hopeful. After a week of truly no help from Cerebral, I decided to cancel services with them since I had already been off my meds for a while now, at that point. It feels very unethical to prescribe someone a mediation for mental health, then cut them off with little-to-no-help or reasoning as to why. I paid $800 (give or take / 8 months) for 2 sessions, and medication that I feel hindered my life - more than anything. In the end they offered me a 30% discount to stay - the discount you get for canceling & returning, or literally anything. Do better Cerebral Thank you for replying. I will reach out to resolve the issue in hopes to not do this again to someone else; however, I will not resubscribe to your subpar services. You’ve proven your worth already.
