Very informative. I received immediate hep and I was able to find an appointment to fit my needs. I didn’t have to wait 2 months or even a week.

My app does not reflect what I have done when I respond to emails. For example, I have an appointment set up, but the app says I do not. Also, the email says I am registered to have a substance abuse problem and I do not. I am being treated for just depression and anxiety.

I enjoy the idea of Cerebral but from the get go my prescriber called me a half hour late for my very first appointment. First she said it was because of the mix up in laws - where she is in Ohio you must do a video interview however in SC I had the choice to do it over the phone and somehow she missed that? Then as we were getting off the phone I said yeah sorry about that mix up from earlier I’m not sure what happened … (even though it wasn’t my fault begin with) and she said oh yeah I had another patient that went over who really needed my help???? Like huh? Then I requested a medication refill a week before I was out this was on a Tuesday and still had not heard back by Saturday even though they say they respond in 24 hours. I called their customer service line who said they could put in a request but it would take another 24 hours for my prescriber to approve it and if she didn’t approve it they would have to forward the request to a care team. The customer service honestly sucks…they don’t respond and in my opinion are super unprofessional considering what this platform is for. Lastly I had gotten a new bank card and did not update the details in the app so my card had declined for month 2 of payment which I rectified within 48 hours. They had no problem sending me a message after message after message to update my payment info but can’t seem to respond to my requests. Joke of an app DO NOT RECOMMEND. Will be moving onto something else after this month.

So convenient

After my divorce and dealing with custody arrangements amd moving on with life I've been feeling really depressed and not sleeping. Being able to talk woth Dr. G to get the help and literature I needed to get myself back on track has been really helpful. Having an unbiased third party to talk to has been what I needed apparently. There's always family to talk to but having someone with the resources that help amd different tasks to work on everyday helps in a different way.

I have major mental issues and live in a small town. This is a life saver and a valuable asset to those who need help

Such an easy and comfortable way to start getting mental health care. I was able to schedule a visit with a clinician the same day, and picked up a prescription the next day. The clinician was kind and actually listened to me, and explained everything throroughtly.
