I really love Cerebral…it is a perfect way to receive therapy in the comfort of my own home. I have a very busy schedule and it makes receiving therapy much easier for a busy lifestyle. One time I just pulled over to McDonald’s parking lot and had a therapy session on my phone. I love my therapist… caring, knowledgeable… Everything you would want.

I’ve only been with cerebral for about a week and I already love it. I have severe mental health issues I can’t keep track of, and I was terrified that I wouldn’t find the care I need due to my poor health care. But cerebral accepts HSA cards as payments, and they were ON TOP OF IT. I was able to make an appointment as soon as I joined, and my appointment was 3 days away from when I scheduled it. That’s insane, because nowadays you have to book weeks in advance for any sort of care. I felt comfortable talking about something not so easy, my prescriber Holly was so kind and patient with me. She told me about the medication I’d be sent, and what to look out for for adverse effects, and how it works. I haven’t received my meds yet, but I only paid $10 TOTAL for the Med + shipping, which shocked me due to insane prescription prices.

I ended up switching from the first prescriber I got and it was super easy, they actually listen and seem to care.

Amazing help, Amazing customer support, amazing everything. The only problems I ever had with them is their app use to be VERY glitchy but they revised it and it looks and has been working wonderfully.
