Great so far!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. For one, you have a coordinator you have to go through and that can read all your messages to your therapist. Essentially if you want to talk to your therapist in chat, you have some random, likely unqualified, person reading and knowing your medical business. Additionally, the prescribers can only prescribe certain medications, so it’s likely more beneficial to go to a psychiatrist or doctor that can test and prescribe you medications for all diagnoses. Lastly, I entrusted them with my medical leave paperwork, which they never filled out, costing me thousands of dollars in insurance compensation. They took absolutely no responsibility after having more than a month to figure it out. They finally told me my therapist couldn’t actually fill anything out because she was only an associate just one week before I was supposed to return to work. My experience might be on the extreme side, but I overall enjoyed my experience and privacy through different apps, like BetterHelp.

This is a great resource. They respond immediately with many options. My first contact was informative and reassuring.

I have been severely depressed for months. I have no money or insurance so I have been unable to find any help. I joined cerebral only because of the trial discount they offered. I went through the signup and had an appt booked with two different people. One was a doctor. I needed to talk to someone right away, but wasn't able to schedule anything for two weeks. The day before I am supposed to get my first call the doctor cancels my appointment. I get the call from this other person that tells me I can talk to them but they can't give me any advice or anything. So that didn't help. The only appointments I could make with a doctor would have fallen in the next month. I could not really afford the discounted month I paid for and surely couldn't pay for another month at full cost so I canceled my membership.. Which was another whole hurdle to jump through. I have since continued to seek help elsewhere but have been unable to find anything. This app was a huge disappointment and let down.

Cerebral has been incredible! I have suffered from depression and anxiety for more than 10 years now and asking for help was extremely hard for me. I knew I needed more help and I found Cerebral and I knew it was right for me. My therapist and Psychiatrist have been amazing and I couldn't have asked for better help.

I have just started my path to help but I feel hopeful. The prescriber was very nice and helpful. I thing this could be great. Worth a shot. Great value.
