I’ve been utilizing Cerebral for the past 5-6 months and it has helped tremendously. They listen and want to help.

Cerebral has been going through some changes and they do seem stretched kind of thin, I’ve changed care counselors 3 times due to providers leaving. That being said everyone I’ve worked with listens and attempts to establish rapport, doesn’t balk when I trauma dumb my suicidal history, and my most recent care counselor is just a beacon of positive energy

This was my first ever experience reaching out to someone for my mental health. This was an easy experience and my doctor was amazing. I had anxiety doing a video call but felt relaxed a few mins into the call. I would highly recommend Cerebral.

First of all I’ve been given the possibility to create an account and pay for subscription only to find out that your doctors are only licensed in the US, i had an appointment today with the doctor but she wasn’t online… this is not serious! Since you can’t help me refund my money! I’ve sent you an email regarding this but no responses! How is this even possible? People need real help! No jokes!!! I do not recommend cerebral at all!

Appointment got cancelled multiple times by the Doctor. I still got charged. I have requested to cancel my subscription on December 6, 2022, Now I just got charged again(January 5th). My last effort is to change my card so that they can't charge anymore. Awful service.

Medications are fairly priced , wish they bring down cost of therapy to like $35 a hour or they made it more personal somehow

When i was using Cerebral, i had signed up for their therapy as well as medication plan. My entire time using Cerebral they never once gave me therapy, however they did medicate the heck out of me. I have insurance, and while i was using Cerebral i was going through an insurance change. Instead of telling me my insurance needed updating, they went from charging me $30 to charging me $300 and driving my bank account into the negative. I would not use them ever again, and i would suggest that if you like your sanity, to never use them as well.

Going though a divorce and I realized I needed help. Divorce is finalized but I’m still working on the depression part of it. They give me feedback on how to deal with it and I have greatly improved.
