I was having difficulties manually placing my order so I called the number listed and spoke with a very helpful woman who helped me process my order with ease.

I ordered incontinence bedliners and have only had them eight months and they’ve already began developing holes. They are not washed even one time a week. Other brands I have purchased and had longer and still in great condition. I also expected the liners to be “quilted” as in the Copier is attached to the bottom layer however that is not the case so it does lead to them leaking easily. Also, they are not waterproof. They do leak through the bottom layer.

Two days ago, I placed a phone order, and was told that it would likely arrive today or tomorrow. I checked today on my order status, and saw that it hasn't shipped yet.
