Because of my age and health I face many difficulties with technology of todays world; thus I was struggling with placing an order for products on-line. Using the Chat system a very helpful woman soon had a completed order for me to approve and submit. However, when I said I had to update my payment method and had to phone that info to the billing dept. There another helpful woman assisted me but my card wasn't being accepted for whatever reason . This delightful person wasn't about to give up and tried everything she could until it all worked out and my card was accepted and my order was submitted. All in all it was a bit of a stressful situation but it was also a pleasure talking with these young helpful ladies.
