I had been searching for a product now very difficult to find. If it does come up in the search it is priced ridiculously high. I found something very similar on Carewell and it has excellent reviews on the site. It also has a great price point. I called Carewell and the customer service representative was very helpful and courteous. She placed my order for me which I greatly appreciated. The product arrived quickly. What makes this company great is the customer service people actually seem to care and will spend the time on the phone with you to find the right product. There’s no feeling of being rushed, just a sincere effort to provide you with the best product for your situation. This is the third time I have used customer service and every time it has been the same type of experience. I find their pricing is commensurate with other companies including Amazon. But what makes a real difference from other incontinent supply companies is there low minimum for free freight; only $49 and they provide customer service 24/7 which is a blessing to people who work 8 to 5. I do wish they had a true overnight diaper akin to the Mega Max from a competitor.
