Very prompt deliveries
Very prompt deliveries. Ever since COVID I am no longer able to find products I need locally. So I have to drive an hour to a larger city in order to get what I need. I am not in a position to find someone to sit with my family member for three hours at a time when I am running low on supplies, so having them delivered within a couple of days has been a blessing for me. I have been using Carewell since sometime at the end of 2021 or beginning of 2022, I have been very satisfied with their service and products.

Step up please
I order frequently and find that they are too on top of making sure that they have all your personal info to solicit you. If you get a good representative they will resolve issues for you without the (all too normal now) customer service issues. If not, which has happened too often, you are made to repeat yourself with different reps for same issue to the point, or you are told one thing and the contrary occurs, to the point where you just give up. Caregivers (whom they aggressively market to) don't have time or the physical bandwidth to do this as a regular course of action.
