Representative in technical department (Jenny) was nice and willing to assist with our issue. She even went out of her way to email me so she was serviceable. Our Cannon safe is an older model and our manual was not helpful. We “Googled” how to take off the inside pocket door panel. Plus we were able to figure out how to tighten our opening handle (a friend did actually) with an allan screw beneath the top allan screw. It would be A LOT easier if Cannon would include these simple trouble shooting tips in the manual they provide.

Faulty motherboard/keypad issue resolved thanks to Armando! Called in because keypad kept beeping even with brand new battery and Armando was amazing in helping to guide me through troubleshooting steps. Eventually ended up placing an order for some replacement parts and am very satisfied with the service provided.

Happy camper now that I have gotten an answer to open my safe. I would have given 5-stars but the 3 days to get an answer was a little long when all my guns are locked up but Cannon was up front about how long it could take.

While it took a couple calls and tracking down my Paypal payment for a replacement key (my batteries ran out after a few years, and I lost my key), they eventually mailed me a new key which worked. So I've been able to get my GunVault back up and running on new batteries. Thanks.

Great customer service registered my product quickly

Honestly, I started out somewhat frustrated, trying to get keys for my new safe. Although when I got on the phone with Armando, he had everything completely resolved in under 10 minutes. The product is great, my guns and documents are safe, I would highly recommend Cannon Safe's for protecting what protects you.

The keypad assembly on my Cannon safe broke while I was removing it to change the battery. I emailed Cannon to see if replacement parts were available for me to purchase. Mr. Armando responded within a day and kindly asked for some information about my safe. I provided the information on a Saturday and 1 business day later, I received an email stating my parts were on the way at no cost to me. I was expecting a parts list or diagram from which I could order what I needed. Customer service like Mr. Armando provided is yet ANOTHER reason Cannon Security Products is my go-to source for all of my safe-keeping and security needs. I can, and indeed DO, highly recommend Cannon Security Products as a high quality product with unmatched customer service after the sale.
