I’ve been a happy owner for many years. My safe batteries went dead, so I was unable to open. I don’t recall hearing any near expired battery tones but that’s not the problem here. Bad on inbound voicemail System from the company is horrific. You have a listen to three or four minutes of sales pitches on irrelevant stuff when you’re trying to reach a department. I finally reached Romeo and he was A+. Great guy who solved mymlost key issue. He kept a customer.

Had a small issue with my Cannon safe lock where the battery would die really fast. Armando Martinez was amazing at customer service! He was super helpful and got me parts ordered in no time. He even took the time to walked me though the process of how to change the parts so I knew how when they arrived. The best customer experience I have had in years! I will be buying more Cannon products because of this support! Plus they have great and easy to use safes.
