They took care of my issue. I am very happy with the service I received.

Significant delays in responding, never answered my emails until I called. Parts take upto two weeks and you have to be certified to get into your own safe. Straight Junk, planning to sell as soon as I get access and will never buy another product associated with this company.

There was a bit of a wait when I called the customer service line but once I got the rep on the line he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to easily resolve my problem in a short amount of time. His step by step instructions were clear and easy to understand. It’s refreshing to have customer service at this level!

When I called Cannon Louis listened to my problems with my safe. He said he would have new parts shipped to me to fix the problem but would take a couple of weeks to ship. I haven't received any parts yet as it has only been 1 week.

I had an issue with my keys, and Ray Lopez was very helpful in resolving my problem. Clearly explained how to fix my problem and was timely in responses. Highly satisfied with level of customer service!!!

I called your customer support told them about kepad not working, they were great said they would send repair part which they did got it Fed Ex. Great I opened the package and found they sent the wrong part.
