the guy we worked with was great, very helpful.

Was provided instructions to troubleshoot my issue and get the safe unlocked. One negative is that they don't ship to Canada expecting me to have an address in the US.

The Chat team was awesome. It took a while to get an initial response on my ticket but everyone was very helpful and really made my issue easy to deal with!! Thanks Team!

Overall it was good just the time it took to get the parts. Information given and pictures should have been enough to speed up the process but it drug out. It took almost three months, thank goodness it wasn’t an emergency and it was just a safe.

Quick and easy

Toni was helpful getting my new lock and keypad ordered. Didn't rush me during the chat we were having. Only thing I was not happy about is she said it would take a few weeks to arrive. I thought that was a long time to wait given what the lock is protecting.

Safe is pretty good. The customer service was great!

Other then not receiving my spare keys from the forst go around with service, i did finally get ahold of them and it was taken care of with professionalism and fast action
