I had a bad experience with the customer service representatives. Then along came Romeo Baptista to save the day. He solved my problems in about 15 minutes. Where as the others spent over a hour and fifteen minutes and they were useless. The others need to learn from Mr. Baptista on how to provide good customer service..... Thanks again Romeo!

I have had to replace a locking mechanism on an old American eagle safe (2004 model). The safe is close to 20 years old and the locking mechanism is only now starting to have issues. When I called customer service, I had a very short hold time and Armando helped me find out the right parts I needed. He walked me through the installation process all while on the phone. I will never have another type of safe or trust another company as much as I trust cannon safe company. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I purchased a gun vault several years ago for use in my vehicle. When we sold it, I put the gun vault in the garage and that’s where it’s sat for more than a year. When I located it, I realized the key to it was on the key to the car that we traded in. I immediately contacted this company and I received an almost instantaneous response to my request for a new key. They don’t just send out a key to anyone who asks for it, they make sure that you are who you say you are and you are indeed the owner of the gun vault product . Within a week, I received notice that I was going to be getting a new key in the mail. All communications with the company, courteous and professional. You really can’t ask for more than that. I will not hesitate to recommend this product or to do business with this company again. Thank you.

I was offered a FREE REPLACEMENT SAFE for my old safe that had door problems. All the people, from ARMANDO, JENNY, TONI, AND ANY OTHERS THAT HELPED ME IN THIS PROCESS were top notch with their people skills and attention to detail and to my ultimate satisfaction. I am very grateful for the excellent care I was given and the planned SOLUTION of shipping my FREE REPLACEMENT SAFE to me at no charge. We were frustrated unable to have a printed hard copy manual for our safe. Representative Jenny Ibarra was terrific helping us w our issue that I couldn't remedy online. She was truly the help n calm in an escalating problem. Cannon safe is great. However, SOME people do not have smart phones,, printers, or the ability to copy instructions. BASIC instructions should be included, especially for the cost of safe. Thank goodness for life-SAFER Jenny🥰

I like the safe and have had no problems for years. The lock quit working in December called customer support and had excellent service. Got a replacement lock it finally showed up at the end of January. It was damaged. The way it’s packaged allows the lock to hit the jeopardy and damage it. Called again customer service great. Received a new replacement lock on March 3rd. ITT was also damaged the same way. Lock bent, Keypad knocked off and box with hole in it. The lock and keypad appeared ti be used. The solution to this would be to wrap the keypad and lock separately. Videos don’t address the difference in the locks. Supply issue maybe? The customer support people have been excellent. The rest of the process so so.
