I’ve had (3) electronic locks fail on Cannon safes in 2 years, never again. One was installed with a pinched wire, other two stopped working and had to call lock smith. I’m moving up to a much more reliable ie expensive safe company. Customer service is terrible. Save yourself from these low quality units and buy something else.

I had to get a set of replacement keys, and the process was diligent, safe with steps to ensure I was was supposed to be getting a set, and was able to help me replace my dead battery of my gunvault. My customer rep, Joey was communicative and followed through. When I started this process, I wasn’t certain if I’d be able to open the safe without calling a locksmith, but instead I was successful in getting a new set of emergency keys, and have a working safe once again! Thank you!

Initially my first call was not so great with the first customer service representative I spoke with was not that transparent with any information. if I did not ask, they would not volunteer. Simply it was a bit challenging and not very reassuring. This bothered me greatly and my intuition said to call back to Cannon's customer service department with the hopes of speaking to someone different. And thank the heavens above,🙏 I was very fortunate to speak with Ray Lopez. This gentleman is the highest bar and standard of excellent customer service. He sincerely listened to my concerns and my objectives how to repair and replace a defective keypad as well, he has a tremendous amount of integrity and knowledge and understanding of the intricacies regarding a safe. He thought outside of the box and our conversations led to other issues that I did not take into consideration or factor in with the non operational aspect of our safe. He went above and beyond for the customer. He also rectified several errors made by the initial phone representative. And was proactive in replacing an additional part which is probably coinciding with the other issue. By this act alone it will spare us any further inconvenience and delays and unnecessary cost for any additional trip service charges from a professional locksmith. I profoundly thank him for his time and care he provided me with this resolution.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍😊

My product was delivered today and looks great. I was missing one small part, so I called customer service. I spoke with Mr. Martinez…he was most helpful. He helped me get my product registered and get my replacement part ordered. What great customer service! Thanks to him and Cannon

I was reading some of the reviews. And I have to say that the 2 gentleman that I talked to were very helpful and knowledgeable on the issues of my safe not locking all the time. One minute it would be locked and then the next time it wouldn’t be locked. Sent pictures of the lock to them by email. Was notified today that they are sending me a new lock.

My second Cannon and scratched it up moving. sent email with information, I get notified later in the day they are sending me touch up paint. They been solid to deal with so far.
