Can’t say enough great things about these guys. This is my second stack on safe and I love it. Was missing a part and they sent it no problems. Great communication and fast service.

Contacted Cannon about a dial lock that was unreliable and would take numerous attempts to open. Victor had suggestions to try but I explained the issue and he offered to replace it with a digital lock after I sent him some pertinent information about the safe and an address to ship to. Communication was very good and order status, shipping status were emailed to me at the appropriate times. Links to videos with information were sent to accomplish the replacement, not difficult and only required a few hand tools. Very pleased with Cannon and their support personnel.

I lost the keys to my Stack-On gun cabinet and filled out the form online to replace the keys. Victor Pantoja from customer service emailed me back to get an image of the label on the back of the cabinet. I emailed back the image. Victor was prompt, polite and accommodating. Before this went further, I found the keys to the safe and notified Victor. He responded politely and did not make fun of me for almost loosing the keys! I will go to Cannon Safe for any future needs.

Great product! Superb customer service. The web description of the safe was a little different than the product. Customer service was extremely responsive and timely. They corrected the issue and are sending me a small gun safe for my troubles. It’s nice to see a company that takes pride in their service, as well as the product. This is my second safe from them.

Lorena Camberos was amazing!! The patience she displayed with my lack of ability to assist myself in fixing my Cannon Safe code, which I clearly broke, because of my lack of mechanical skills, and was so very much appreciated!!! I REALLY needed help in an area where I could not navigate alone. I felt so lost & overwhelmed. Lorena was the answer to a prayer!! I was so lost, and I really needed assistance. The help I required took a little while to complete and Lorena never lost her patience. I know I am challenging. She successfully assisted me to resolve my issue, which I did not think was possible. I really thought I was going to have to buy a whole new safe because I broke the code to enter my safe. My husband thought the same. I truly hope Cannon Safes realizes what a treasure they have in Lorena, as their employee. If I ever need help again, I know Lorena is there for me!

Romeo Bautista was excellent with helping me. I needed some parts and he was right on it with having them sent to me! Previously he also assisted me with getting my safe to operate properly! This is why I I chose cannon! Thank you again!
