Cannon safe bought from tractor supply... Keypad went out after 3 years contacted cannon service department they ran me through several senerios to unlock the safe. All pointing to a bad battery which is a 2027 battery exp date. Being that this is 2023. So its not the battery after buying 3 separate packs at different locations just to make sure.. Well the door does not open after 7 to 10 times of punching my code then it opens so what good is a safe that you can't readily access especially when your in a threat situation. Which happened to me and my family..I like the construction of the safe but the digital lock is utterly useless!! The Cannon service department is not willing to work with me after 6 back and fourth emails and correspondence on the phone. And they are utterly USELESS!! Im thoroughly pissed and will not buy another Cannon product and would use caution if your using the safe to store weapons you might have to rely on in a emergency situation. I myself am replacing the digital keypad and locking mechanism with a dial type combination lock to correct the Chinese made one Cannon uses.

The mechanics on my safe are no longer functioning. I got someone on the phone once only to be told that unless i'm able to make a video and send it to them they can't help. So I did that, now no one will replay to my email and if you call the number, you're on hold for 20 minutes before they disconnect you. Terrible support.

Called and called no one to take a call! Also email and no answer ! The service is no good ! Key pad broke and lock smith tried call cannon with no response! Service is terrible

What a nice guy that Oliver is! He helped us in so many ways to get our Cannon safe open! Yippee!! We'd recommend him to anyone that's having problems with their Cannon safes!!

Great customer service while trying to find the missing key to my safe. They stayed in touch and offered several options to replace it if I couldn't find it.

This is an update to 5 stars from my previous 4 star review. Though there were initially some missing items, I have to say the excellent customer service I received from Oliver made up for those issues. It is a very good safe that exceeds expectations in its price range. I was completely satisfied after receiving the missing bits and instructions.

i e-mailed canon safe that i lost my combination. They said send them the serial number and $25.00 for the combination. i sent them the money and they sent me combination for the safe. ONLY the combination didn't work. I replied back to them and said the combination didn't work. I didn't get a response from them so cut the safe open. come to find out the numbers they sent me were wrong. Then i asked them for a new safe because the combination was wrong. now just waiting.
