I was locked out of my gun safe. I contacted Canon via email after I couldn’t get through by phone. It took them 4 days to get back to me. They didn’t answer my question, but they gave me something to try that ended up working. I will be changing my lock but at least I got back in so I could do the change.

Initially, it was rather difficult getting in touch with someone however, once I got word back it was a VERY smooth process and all the staff had been incredibly helpful. So knowledgeable! Thank you!

All of these good reviews for Canon Safe must be phony. I can't even get Canon customer support to do ANYTHING. Spent over an hour on a chat, last week, sent in many pictures and now I get an email that makes it look like they don't have a clue what I'm talking about. Additionally, when I try to call them I get a recording that says they're closed since their hours are 'till 4 PST. I called well before 4 PST and get the recording. Can't say much good about support. Follow-up: Now I get an email from Canon claiming to have sent me an email last week and have shipped the replacement part. UPS says the label was created on the 20th and today is the 25th. No other updates. So, has it shipped or not - who knows?

What a terrific company! The pistol safe I had was good to begin with. When I experienced a technical issue they were very quick to diagnose the issue and issue me a complete solution. I barely had to ask! I truly wish all customer service depertments were as responsive as Cannon Safe!

I bought a cannon safe from tractor supply, and after a year the keypad went. I contacted them and they said they would send me a new one and I would get it in two to three weeks. It’s been three months and still no keypad. I’ve had numerous emails back and forth and they say it’s been taken care of and I’ll get it in two weeks. I even contacted the salesperson and she’s been trying to get it resolved and isn’t having any luck. Never again and I’m telling anyone that wants a safe not to use them. Horrible experience.
