Great service. Very surprised by the warranty. My Pop bought this safe in the 80's and it's still under warranty.Top notch.

Safe malfunction free spins to the right won't open. Waited 2 hours for customer service to call then ellie sounded like Darth Vader and acted like she couldn't hear me. Hung up and didn't have the respect to call back and follow up. So I called back for another response and still waiting. Smh wonder how this company is still in business after customer series like this. And life time warranty lmao yeah right

I’m giving 4 stars because I did have an issue with the safe. First the provided battery didn’t work, that’s fine, they put a cheap on in because they don’t know how long it’ll sit in storage. The second issue, the key didn’t work…. It turned but the safe didn’t open. I will say, once I got it opened, I loved it and the layout but the key still didn’t work. Danny and Armondo helped me troubleshoot the issue and provided a solution. I didn’t love the solution, basically bend a piece of metal so it cleared the locking mechanism, but it worked and was easier than returning to Costco. I would give 5 stars to the customer service, I did 4 because these should be run through a QC check to make sure the keys work in a system with so many variations. This QC check would have this problem solved in the factory rather than having the customer make modification. If customer service was poor, I would have likely returned to Costco and been soured on Cannon. Nice job Danny and Armando!

My safe had an issue with the lock mechanism and I contacted Cannon. Gerry emailed me immediately after emailing customer service. His knowledge and professionalism is truly genuine. He provided exact details on troubleshooting the issue and shipped the repair parts quickly and followed up with tracking information. Great experience!!
