What a terrific company Cannon is! I bought my safe at a discounted rate from Tractor Supply because it was missing one of the locking bar spindles. When I contacted Cannon about ordering a replacement part, which I thought I would need to pay for, they shipped me a replacement at NO COST. Thank you Cannon and your rep Oliver Canche! I'm a very satisfied customer and guarantee you the next safe I buy will be a Cannon!

They are not good at backing there products up would not warranty mine after year and it clearly states life time and had to pay lock smith 800 to get in to it because the locking mechanism failed they are good about trying to beat around the bush at customer service I would prefer a liberty or some other safe but not cannon

Had a damaged piece to a security cabinet that most likely occurred during shipping. Once proof of purchase was provided they were able to ship out the new piece in a timely manner. No complaints.

We've owned our safe for a little over 2 years now and the keypad stopped working. The warranty is only good for 1 year but Cannon Safe is sending us a new keypad with no hesitation! Thank you very much for extending this for us!

Bought a cannon 64 gun safe I have had it for 5 months. Keypad went out and come to find out they never gave me a key. Thank goodness I got it open. Called customer service say on hold for 30min then they finally gave me an option to call me back (45min later). Custer rep said they have problems all the time with those locks and set me up to get another one. Fast forward to finally getting it in and what would you know ZERO instructions. I put in on and then once again called customer service held for almost an hour to only get a recording saying they are now close. I will tell everyone to run from this company. There are tons more of quality safes and much more better manufacturers with a thousand time better customer service. Worst buy of my 55 year old life
