I purchased a safe second hand. Functions, but I needed the associated paperwork, and a few of the shelf clips. Customer support emailed the pdf for the literature, and I was contacted by sales that the clips were on the way. Unbelievable great service.

I just chatted with customer service rep Toni Rodarte and they were very knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. They assisted me as best they could and, when I could proceed no further, found a way to continue our conversation via e-mail.

Bought a cannon safe from TSC after a few years or so the front spoked wheel began to turn behond what it was suppose to as tho it was stripping contacted cannon they said send a video anyway after some time they sent some replacement parts which i replaced seems to have solved the problem however after about 3 years or so the same issue happened again, take in consideration i only open my safe once a month on the average and sometimes ive gone several months without opening it contacted customer service yet again explaning the same issue was happening again ,again they wanted a new video what a hassel i just wanted them to sent me a new part so i can fix it once again this appears to be a flaw design a round shaft thru a round collar and a allen screw to tighten the collar to the shaft that open the door after awile the shaft steel weakens and chipping allowing it to turn freeley seems and easy fix if they were to have the shaft and collar designed with two flat sides or at least on flat side like every pully shaft ive ever seen it would slide in and not turn

I got a cannon safe and it was missing 2 of 3 spokes to open the door, missing shelf clips to hold up shelves , and my keypad didn’t work. Seems to be a common problem with bad customer service. The lady I spoke with was very unhappy to be at work it seemed like and got irritated after I listed all my problems

The last review sounds just like mine, every time I get to the well send a locksmith. They want me to send a new video just like the one I've sent befor, and start the process all over again. Its been a year this month, Cannon is not a stand up company.

I called cannon safe customer service over a month ago because the lock won't work and I can't get into my safe. They keep saying to try something else I have tried everything they recommend. Then they say they will send locksmith and turn around and tell me to try the same thing over and over. Cannon does not stand behind their product.

My 10 year old safe needed a keypad replacement. Never did i anticipate Cannon sending me one free of charge. Thats a stand up company!

After 18 years, my electronic lock failed. A locksmith cut the safe open, and Cannon replaced the safe free of charge!
