The keypad on my Cannon gun safe failed and Cannon sent me new replacement at no charge. The new keypad was a different brand. Unfortunately, the attaching screws that came thru with the keypad were the wrong size. The only screws I had available that fit the safe door were too large for the slots on the back of the new keypad, so we had to widen the slots in the plastic plate, but then the keypad fit was loose and fit badly and did not look good. I emailed Cannon asking for two of the correct screws and, if possible, a new keypad. They sent me the correct screws and anther new keypad at no charge. Great customer service, Great company, Great employees. I am recommending Cannon to all of my friends.

After purchasing my Ammo Cabinet and finding out that the keys wouldn't open the lock. I called the store where I ordered it from and they wouldn't help. They said I had to contact the third party which is Cannon Security Products. I reached out to Cannon, sent email about my issue and text with Toni Rodarte who was very helpful and understanding about the problem with the Ammao Cabinet.
