CANNON SAFE JUNK WARRANTY
Went to order a spare key for my Cannon Safe and was told they no longer have keys. They wanted to sell me a whole new locking system and I would have to have a locksmith install it. My safe works find and only need a spare key. When I bought my safe, it had a LIFETIME WARRANTY, I guess it really doesn't. BEWARE OF CANNON SAFES WARRANTY, (it's not worth the paper it's written on).

Thank you for sharing your experience, unfortunately the safe has and old dial lock with a key to lock the dial not to open the safe, unfortunately we don't have the key that you try to request is a discontinued key and lock model. like the agent mention we can offer an upgrade electronic lock to replace the old dial lock on the safe, we don't use dial lock in our safes anymore. if you decide to get the electronic lock please contact our customer service specialist for assistance.
