I bought my safe around '05 it has been kept inside out of the weather. Never had an issue until now. The dial has alot of slack. I called them this morning, they told me the combination lock wasnt covered. I asked what was covered? They said not the dial or the lock.They said I was going to have to purchase a lock online or locksmith. They dont even sell parts. Yes I know the safe is old,but what wears out on a safe. then Cannonn dose not Warranty. I wonder if they would warranty anything they lie about.

Henry was awesome and patient with an old , not so mechanical man that I am ! Extremely professional on every level with talking me thru how to repair my cannon safe . Cannon should hire a hundred Henry’s ! Or cannon should have Henry hold class on how to treat a customer ! It’s rare to get any service , much less great customer service that Henry gave . Job well done thank you for your time .

WOW!!!! Just WOW! On May 27, 2024 my house was totally destroyed by a very hot and very intense fire. Thankfully, my family was not injured and we are all healthy. As I looked at what little was left standing, I could see through the smoke my two Cannon gun safes were still standing. Because of the heat, and the destruction I had little to no hope anything had been saved inside of them. As I gained access, with tear filled eyes I began to see the contents of the safes still in great shape!!! There was even a plastic ziplock bag in one of them that was unhurt! Overwhelmed with joy about the performance of these Cannon Safes, I reached out to them to tell them my story and shared pictures of the destruction around them. I then shared pictures of what the items looked like when they came out! I really wanted them to know first hand how their safes performed. I was immediately emailed back by Gerry Lara. First and foremost, I was shocked that the first contact was not about the product at all, it was more personal. It was about my family’s safety and health. Their concern about my family’s health first, over anything else sincerely warms my heart! Cannon Safes definitely has the absolute BEST Customer Service there is! Gerry Lara, is a true professional and I thank you sooo much for that!! Your kind correspondence has put my mind to ease!

They did a great job with communication and finding a quick solution to my issue. I was able to get my replacement parts free of charge within days of filing the claim. Communication comes in the form of email so there is little room for confusion of misunderstanding.

Customer service was absolutely outstanding! The keypad on our older model safe quit working. They provided easy to follow instructions to troubleshoot the issue and ended up sending replacement keypad and motherboard. Safe keypad is installed and working properly. Thank you!

After purchasing a 72 gun safe never had any issue and then one day I could not get into it and the motherboard went out I contacted Canon customer service and they diagnosed the problem and they sent me a new motherboard and now my safe is back up and running with zero issues thanks again

Awesome customer service from Danny Garcia. Very knowledgeable and helped me with an issue with keys and shelf clips very quickly. 10/10
