Bought safe 1 year ago. The keypad started beeping randomly. Called customer service but no one would answer, so I chose we'll call you back option. They did call back the next day while I was working. They did not leave a message. Did create a ticket on their web site, that was useless. Safe is very cheap and thin metal. After owning one I figured out that I could break in to one with a drill and 1/2 inch drill bit. This safe would be ok to keep kids away from guns. Looks like I'll have to buy a key pad yearly. Even though they lied and says it has a lifetime warranty.

Love the safe. But trying to get a hold of someone to fix our lock pad has been impossible. Someone did contact us then stopped replying. They told us there was an update and we needed a new one then stopped reply. Do not recommend.

I have waited on hold for over an hour 3 times and have yet been able to speak with anyone. I also created a "ticket" two weeks ago and have not heard a peep. I was supoosed to hear from them quickly. I would steer clear of Cannon. Its the worst customer service i have ever experienced.

Have been calling about keypad on safe for a month. First off it’s hard to get anyone on the phone. The lady we talked to originally was no help kept sending emails that took you nowhere. Then we talked to a guy that said we would have our new keypad in 3 to 4 business days. It’s been over a week have not received it. Can’t get in the safe at all. Should not have to, but at this point I would buy the dang thing.

Still no return calls!! I received a message that my ticket of yesterday had been cancelled "due to heavy call volume" Hard to believe this is a legitimate company. They clearly don't care about their customers At my wits end

Issues with safe lock for many months. Phone: Noone answers the phone. Website: asks to fill out the ticket online but can't send. Will talk to Costco to return the product.

My digital dial went out and I finally got it open by my grandson beating the hell out of it while I dialed in the combination. Prior to this exercise of entry I had a half dozen requests with Cannon to contact me and let me know how I can get in my safe without a locksmith destroying it first. I found out about the pounding method from the internet- of course- and decided to use it, of which as I mentioned previously, it worked. And now it's been about 3 weeks since I contacted them requesting a new dial mech. with no response other than "there are too many requests prior to me and I was cancelled. Please call again and get in line." That's useless because they are either going out of business or just lousy customer service. I guess I'm going to have to buy a new dial mech off of Ebay and when It's repaired I'm going to sell it as fast as I can and I WILL NEVER BUY A CANNON PRODUCT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! I have 4 gun safes, of which this is the only Cannon I have, but the other safes have given me little to no trouble. What a shi---y company. I'll spread this company's reputation around everywhere I can. DON'T BUY A CANNON GUN SAFE OR ANY OTHER CANNON PRODUCT..... YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN AFTER THE PURCHASE!!!!!!!!

I have now spent seven days trying to contact Cannon Cutomer Service. I sent two service requests through their website. I receive email confirmation that two service tickets had been created and I would be contacted soon. More than three weeks later all I’ve heard is crickets. I called the customer service number. I remained on the line for two hours plus listening to elevator music and recorded messages about how important my call was. I finally gave up. The next day I called at 9:00 am and after holding for an hour I pressed 1 at the prompt to receive a callback which never came. I called their Nevada number and left a recorded message. That still remains unanswered. I will never ever buy another Cannon product and I’m telling everyone I know about this experience.
