The hood on my 2018 Traverse needed repaired . Everything from the initial phone call to schedule to the rapid checkout when I picked it up was excellent. My car was repaired, exterior was washed, and the interior completely cleaned. Brandon Fisher was the estimator, and Craig Lindamood, the General Mgr were both extremely professional. I have worked in sales and have been a Sales Manager for almost 42 years, so I appreciate people who do what they say, and make put the customer first. Thank you.

Caliber in Fort Mill, SC did a fantastic job on fixing my Toyota Rav 4 Bumper. It was a full 3 inch deep 8-9 inch circular depression on driver side rear corner. They did the magic reforming it without any discernible marks making it look like it was before the accident. Very courteous and explained exactly what they would do to repair. Professional and trustworthy. Will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I've heard such wonderful things about Caliber Collision on South Broadway in Littleton. I can see why so many of my friends recommend it! I was devastated after finding a 2" chip and blue paint smeared on the front bumper of of my Pearl White Tesla Model 3. After purchasing the touch up paint from Tesla, I rushed over to Caliber Collision to see if they could do the repair. Not only was the chip professionally touched up, all of the blue smear was gone! Amy, the Caliber technician, even inspecting the entire vehicle, touched up some other small chips I had missed, and removed road tar from the wheel wells. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am with the results and their service. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking for quality collision repair.

from start to finish they were very helpful, they got me in pretty quick for an estimate and once that was submitted i got an appointment to get in and have my car fixed. this company keeps you involved with everything they do to your vehicle by sending updates out everyday. I picked up my car after 5 days of working on it and it was back to looking brand new! they cleaned it up on the inside and out and i couldn't have been happier choosing them.
