Caliber CollisionReviews of calibercollision.com

I have had to use Caliber Collision three times in the last two years for both personal vehicle and work vehicle repairs. Each experience was exceptional. Kyle, Cassidy and Luz are incredibly friendly, professional and VERY customer focused. The customer service experience is great AND consistent!

Caliber collision is the Walmart on the collision repair industry they really focus on money body man focus on produce a lot hrs but what about quality, safety.

My experience was excellent in all phases from working with insurance company, car rental agency, scheduling repairs, quality of repairs, communication of status of repairs, timely completion, and completing paper work. The service coordinator was very helpful and answered all questions in a timely fashion. Would recommend to friends and use again if needed. John Biggs

I am very satisfied with the service, the employees are very kind, very friendly, and the work they do is very good, very professional and very efficient, I highly recommend them.👍👍👍

If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you are looking for an auto shop that will ruin your car, this is the one for you! I went to Caliber Collisions originally because I saw great reviews online. However, it is the exact opposite. Caliber Collisions completely destroyed my car because their car repair man was too lazy to properly repair my vehicle. Instead, he ripped out the door panel without properly unscrewing it, leaving the insulation not connected to the door panel and the wires exposed. This left damage in the inside of the door panel, as well as exposed wires. These wires were also not hooked up properly (or not hooked in at all) and this could have caused damage to me, such as electrocution!!! I am thoroughly frustrated and appalled by this service. I even had to go back twice, because in the original repair, they forgot to do the other half of the vehicle. When I say that this place is not the place to go to, I really mean it. It is the clown show car work shop.

Not only did this body shop save me a lot of money by listening to my explanation about how the damage occurred, they identified further damage to the under carriage that a previous estimate did not! Thankfully, they gave me an estimate that would thoroughly restore my vehicle and believe me, it now looks like a brand new car!!!

went in and got an estimate was told would be emailed to me later that day, 2 days layer I called was told it had been sent he would resend it, came thru the supposed second time, called back after reviewing it and left a message finally got called back 2 weeks later, was told I would need to pay half down since it was a self pay repair to get the parts ordered, 2 weeks later called and told to bring it in so the parts could be ordered, and repairs word take 14 work days to replace a rear panel on my truck, Sean Spurlock stated that his manager decided my truck had to be there so I would not cancel. but wait that is what the $2000.00 up front money was for, to get the parts ordered. I have never been treated THIS BAD FROM ANY BUSINESS. wasted 3 weeks of my time, the owner needs to check into what went on here, I did everything they asked me to do tp get the parts ordered and they did nothing they said they would do. 👎👎👎👎👎 5 thumbs down

Too say i had a great experience at Caliber Collision would be a understatement, i had a extraordinary experience. First they repaired my Cadillac Escalade then went and tightened some pieces that were loose, then set some other electrical issues above and beyond the call of duty. Amy, Julia all the rest of the staff there deserve the very very very best that life has to offer. They did such a good job for me that i am getting more work in the very near future, Kudos to Amy, Julia and the rest of the staff.
