I have 2005 Honda Odessey that was hit on the right side from middle of front passenger door to bumper. Took my car to Caliber Auth Rd Suitland Maryland.Had a rust spot over right rear wheel that became a hole after impact. Repairs are excellent. Can't tell there was any damage at all. Thank you Caliber!!!!

5 stars isn’t enough. Customer service is a make or break for me. These people could have run my truck into a light pole and returned it to me and I would have been happy. But they didn’t. They were amazing. Giving me daily updates and even tracking down the insurance check when I was freaking out. Having everything done a week early,( without cutting corners !!) because they knew it was time was important. My truck came back looking brand new. Miss Moxie belonged to my daddy who suddenly just died , having her back Looking like she does makes my heart sing. Getting hit and having to deal with something that you didn’t create is stressful enough. Caliber made it seamless and perfection. I know i can do business with them and feel confident because the work on my truck is guaranteed for life of THE TRUCK not allotted months. I hope I’ll never need them again but it’s a great feeling knowing that Ill be in amazing hands if necessary. Thank guys!

Caliber Collison Philadelphia had fixed my car a year ago. I called them today because warwe was leaking into my glove compartment and both the driver and passesnger floor were wet. Adam answered the phone and told me I could bring my car over and he would check out the cause. He felt it cold be from the sunroof and he would drain the tubes for free. I went over and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. I found him to be extremely customer focused, very knowledgeable, and polite. I would recommend Caliber Collision of Philadelphia to anyone who needs collision services. They are the best!

Caliber Collision in Smky Pt has the WORST customer service imaginable. I had two open claims on my vehicle. The payment through my insurance company was applied on the wrong claim. Now Caliber Collision won't refund my insurance company. My adjuster is having a very hard time dealing with them. They lie and hide behind blocked number. The admitted that their office messed up on the payment but wont process a refund timely so the claim can be paid out to the new body shop. I am now going on week two with my car at another shop ready because my adjuster cant reissue me payment until they are reimbursed by Caliber Collision. The regional manager refuses to give out his phone number. All around shady business. They tried to push me around saying if I wanted the refund that my insurance company sent that they applied to the wrong claim, they would have to charge me sales tax on a service I never had received. Then it was taken to the corporate level, still nonresponsive. The manager Brian is very rude if you want to take your business elsewhere. The won't be responsive to my insurance company on when the refund will be processed. I am going on three weeks now.. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.. The work they did on my previous claim isn't even that great looking at it now a month later. It was convenient to go to them due to location which I regret ever taking business to this shop. They are seriously worse than a hungry used car salesmen.

Had few issues with the repair job but Tom (The Regional Manager) took care of all the concerns I had. In fact he personally monitored the process and made sure that I am 100% satisfied with the repair job. He knows the business and knows how to take care of customers.
